Rethinking the concept of the “village”, updating its architectural and landscape language, and constructing a coherent experience between space, brand and audience. This project combines strategy, design and specialised consultancy for retail, demonstrating how landscape can become a tool for positioning and commercial renewal.
Factory Valencia is organised as a network of outdoor plazas and streets that accommodate fashion, dining and technology within an open scheme. The challenge was to reinforce its identity and spatial coherence without losing its dynamic character. The intervention began with a comprehensive reading of the whole, understanding each plaza as a node and each street as a connecting system.

One of the fundamental axes of the project was the unification of the centre’s visual and functional language. Signage and street naming were redefined to improve orientation, using a clear and coherent colour palette that helps visitors position themselves and move with ease. In open commercial environments, legibility is essential: users should always know where they are, where they are heading, and how to return.
The “village” concept was reinterpreted through water features, resting areas, structured planting and shaded spaces that enhance both climatic comfort and the overall user experience. Particular attention was given to integrating the outdoor spaces with the lower parking level, ensuring continuity, clarity and accessibility across all routes.
The selection of materials and construction solutions was guided by criteria of maintenance, durability and resistance to vandalism, key aspects in high-traffic environments. Safety, ease of upkeep and efficiency were decisive variables in every technical decision.
TECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANCY
In large-scale commercial projects, our role goes beyond specific design interventions. We act as an integrated consultancy team, combining strategic vision, technical expertise and aesthetic sensitivity. We engage with the spatial structure of the whole, analysing circulation, hierarchies and visitor flows, while providing technical criteria across architecture, engineering, materials, maintenance and construction feasibility. At the same time, we redefine the visual language of the space: colour palettes, furniture, shaded areas, water features and planting are integrated within a coherent narrative that transforms the perception of the place and reinforces its identity.
All of this is aligned with a strategic understanding of the audience and the positioning of the centre, ensuring that architecture, landscape and communication work in the same direction. From concept to execution, we coordinate the full development of the project, guaranteeing that every decision remains consistent with the initial vision and is delivered with precision.
